We host a wide variety of adult groups across London and the West Midlands for autistic adults 18+

Our groups support the autistic adult community to increase independence and social inclusion whilst having fun. Whether you want to learn a new creative art skill, talk about films or you simply want to socialise with other like-minded people, we will endeavour to find the right group for you.

We have a range of regular groups that take place during the week and on evenings and we also run specialist short term groups during the year like our Walking Group.

In the past we have run short term specialist groups which include:

• Dating and relationships
• Autistic mothers group
• Sports
• Mindfulness

Costs:

The is a small charge to attend adult groups which enable us to cover some of the costs. This can be means tested and we offer subsidies to ensure no-one is turned away for financial reasons.

Support:

The groups are ability specific and we match the members based on their level of need. Our staff can support 1:1 or 2:1 if needed. Support can be given to enable you to make the transition from home to groups through home visits, social stories, and visual supports etc.

Waiting list:

There is a waiting list to access some groups and we try to offer new groups on a regular basis based on what our community wants and needs.
